Benefits of Coaching
•    Receive a method of accountability and support for making life changes.
•    Experience personal development that can be used individually and with small groups. It is yours to keep, expand on, and use in other situations.
•    Experience more joy, more living from values, more inner peace, more self confidence, more from your vocation, more connectedness to God, more of those things that give life meaning and purpose.
•    In challenging situations, experience less conflict, less disruptive behavior, less self-defeating actions, less negative self talk, less internal distress, and knowing that you are not alone.
•    As much as we may try to separate our professional selves from our spiritual selves and our relationship selves, the truth is we bring the same values, needs, attitudes, and experiences to everything we do. Coaching can help a person evaluate how he or she behaves versus who he or she really is.
•    The focus is on letting our doing flow out of our being.

Individual and Group Coaching
Jim usually contracts with clients for 6 months of coaching with 2 sessions a month, plus email support and brief calls when needed between sessions. Coaching sessions are usually held by phone, FaceTime, Zoom or Skype. The focus is on what the individual brings to the meeting, including agreed upon reporting of actions taken. Each session lasts 60 minutes. Between calls the participant gives thoughtful reflection to the work and tries out changes in his or her life.
